Prosthetics Program
(Conventional, Myoelectrics & Endolite Systems)
 Calmar provides amputee rehabilitative services ranging from clinical consultation to the manufacture and fitting of the appropriate device. Our staff concentrates on assisting clients achieve their maximum potential. A large variety of prosthetic components is available in the market. The selection of proper components depends on many factors such as the nature of amputation, activity level, cosmetic requirements etc. Our clinical staff can answer all questions regarding the latest advances in prosthetic technology.
Orthotics Program
(Spinal, lower and upper orthosis)
 The need for an orthosis, sometimes called an orthopaedic appliance, brace or splint can arise as a result of many conditions. An orthosis is designed to provide support or apply a corrective force to a body part. At Calmar we offer the professional service of Orthotists who assess and recommend/prescribe the appropriate device. Some orthoses are prefabricated, but most are custom-designed and made using state-of-the-art plastics, foam interace, leather, and metals. Many options are available for proper orthotic management and the most appropriate is chosen through assessment and discussion with the client.
Foot Care Program
(From simple callouses to complex problems)
 The need for appropriate Foot Care arises due to a variety of factors. At Calmar, professionals are available to assess and recommend solutions to foot problems.
Free assessments are provided at our Foot Care Clinics. Services available to all age groups include all types of custom orthotics, extra-depth and custom footwear and shoe modifications.
Hearing-Aid Program
(From hearing tests to Counseling & fitting hearing aids)
 Hearing Loss occurs due to a variety of reasons and it is not an aging condition only, as may be believed by many. At Calmar, professional assessments are done with appropriate tests conducted to ensure appropriate solutions to address the needs.
Consultation appointments are free and can be arranged in various languages. Services are available to all age groups. From the basic to the most sophisticated technological devices can be fit to meet every individual’s needs.
